Refund & return Policy

At DandyHoodies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unwornunwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
  • Must include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or promotional/discounted products
  • Limited-edition drops or exclusive releases
  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@dandyhoodies.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at support@dandyhoodies.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
